Witness description:
“Object was seen hovering at high altitude. Did not seem to move for at least 10 minutes. However, at times it seemed to change shape and or spin. This was hard to ascertain due to my cellphone’s camera quality, as you see in the video I am uploading. I had to leave the site, so I am unsure how long it remained hovering.”
