Witness description:
“Luminous object suddenly appearing in a cloud trough. It then moves at moderate speed against the wind to my right. No noise, no light trail behind him, no plane trail either. The size of the object seems much larger than that of an airplane. The shape resembles a luminous ball or a luminous oval. A 1-minute video was produced. It’s impossible for it to be a lantern (it goes against the wind), I don’t think it’s a plane (no noise, too bright and quite big in volume), it also seems too big to me to be a satellite. I can’t speak for a weather balloon because I’ve never seen one, but the object was going against the wind. Is a weather balloon motorized?”
