One or more UAPS or UFOS were captured using a “full spectrum infrared camera.
The object (s) captured in this video were almost stationary or moving at a very slow speed. It was not visible at all in plain sight! It can only be seen when using “special infrared equipment”.
The object seems to “fade in and out” a few times. Very difficult to focus which is why the object looks so blurry or out of focus. Also, this particular UFO can fade in and out!
